Within 48 Hours of Payment

If no work has begun and you cancel within 48 hours, a full refund is available. Work is considered to have begun once you receive any intake materials, kickoff confirmation, or initial deliverables.

After Audit or Node Mapping Phase

If the initial audit or node mapping is complete but no strategy or implementation has been delivered, a 65% refund is issued. This accounts for the diagnostic work performed.

Mid-Engagement

If strategy has been approved and implementation is underway, we calculate the value of completed work and refund the difference for scope not yet delivered. This is documented and shared before any refund is processed.

No Refund Situations

Refunds are not available once all agreed deliverables are complete and accepted, or after 90 days from payment with no concerns raised during that period.
