These Terms of Service govern your use of seo-node and your purchase of digital SEO services from seo-node, 1006 E State St, Ithaca, NY 14850, USA.
seo-node provides digital SEO services including SEO Site Architecture, Keyword Intelligence System, Backlink Network Building, Search Analytics and Reporting, Enterprise SEO, and AI Search Optimisation. All services are delivered digitally. No physical products are involved.
Full payment is required before work begins on one-time project engagements. Monthly retainer clients are billed on the first of each month. Payments are processed through Stripe. Work begins within 2 business days of confirmed payment.
All deliverables are provided digitally via email or shared document links. Timelines vary by service as detailed in our Delivery Policy.
You agree to provide accurate information, grant necessary site access when required, and respond to requests within 5 business days. Delays caused by your side extend project timelines accordingly.
We do not guarantee specific ranking positions or traffic levels. Search results depend on factors outside our direct control. We guarantee documented, professional work performed according to the agreed scope.
Upon full payment, you own all deliverables produced for your project. seo-node retains the right to reference the engagement for portfolio purposes without disclosing confidential information.
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in dispute. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by New York state law. Disputes are handled in Tompkins County, New York courts.
